Communications Specialist Transformation

 

Description:


The primary purpose of this role is to support the delivery of communications for the Transformation Division and Program. This includes supporting the Internal Communications Manager, Transformation Program and Transformation Program key stakeholders with Allianz-wide awareness and communications to impacted employees.

You'll be responsible for:
 

  • Supporting key stakeholders, driving Allianz-wide awareness, and delivering communications to impacted employees, you will report to the Head of Internal Communications and work day-to-day with the Internal Communications Manager, Transformation to implement enterprise-wide content and collateral using a wide variety of channels for the Transformation Program, aligning closely to the program people strategy.
  • Implementing communications plans to support the change approach for impacted divisions including tailoring content for each communication channel.
  • Implementing communications plans to foster engagement within the Transformation division.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment to deliver a variety of communications aligned to program launches, including contingency planning.
  • Maintaining intranet hubs, SharePoint sites and virtual notice boards.
  • Developing succinct, creative, informative, and compelling communication materials to support how we're bringing the Transformation program and division to life – including infographics, interactive documents, and videos.
  • Contribute to the development of intranet articles, newsletter articles, visual collateral and content for Allianz-wide communications.
  • Use strong stakeholder management skills to understand stakeholder and audience needs and translate these needs into effective and engaging communications content.
     

About you:
 

  • A graphic design skillset, coupled with advanced Power Point (ability to create interactive power point presentations) and the ability to produce visually engaging content.
  • Strong written communications skills to translate complex, technical information into simple content.
  • Intranet editing and Sharepoint experience.
  • Ability to work independently when needed & multitask in a fast-paced environment while managing communications across multiple divisions.
  • Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders with often competing priorities.
  • Experience with Adobe CC and creating videos would be a bonus.
