About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Communications Manager to play a pivotal role that will be a critical part of Swinburne’s enterprise bargaining team.

As the Communications Manager, Enterprise Bargaining you will be responsible for developing and implementing a communications strategy to support Swinburne’s current enterprise bargaining round. This is a strategic position that will be expected to attend all bargaining meetings and develop key communications messages, content and materials.

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated excellence in communications strategy development and implementation.
  • Excellent content production and editorial skills combined with an ability to work under time pressure to produce high quality communications materials.
  • Proven experience working effectively with stakeholders on the development and execution of strategic communications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • An understanding of enterprise bargaining processes is preferred.
     

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification and substantial relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, media or a related field.
