Job Description


What you get to do in this role:

  • Promote and protect ServiceNow's reputation by managing PR programs across ServiceNow's platform, products or corporate programs.
  • Develop PR strategies for driving media coverage, working with experts, executives, and the PR agency team.
  • Work with global PR teams to guide successful launches, announcements, PR programs, and other awareness opportunities globally.
  • Monitor industry-related news and events to assess opportunities for rapid response and dedicated media outreach.
  • Create content, from press releases and blogs to infographics and executive briefing materials and creative briefs.
  • Lead integrated communications efforts partnering across the marketing and global communications organization including working with the analyst relations, social media team, thought leadership employee communications teams and other departments.
  • Cultivate and expand your relationships with top tier business and trade media and influencers.
  • Use customer stories to tell our story in an impactful manner.
