Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing & Communications, you will be part of a small but highly motivated team, and tasked with taking our communications program to the next level. As a senior member of our team, you will also serve as a mentor to others and as a trusted advisor to the business.
About the role:
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans with cross-functional teams.
- Create high-quality and engaging content for various platforms (including web, publications, media) ensuring consistent and aligned messaging.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities and ensure integration with planned client communications.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Facilitate crisis communication plans and protocols.
- Audit and update disclaimers, brand positioning, and messaging across the product range.
- Foster strong business partnerships to develop and enhance communication strategies.
- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Demonstrated experience in corporate communications and cross channel content creation and strong, demonstrated writing skills
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce & Pardot, and Mailchimp strongly preferred.
- Experience in change management communications and M&A communications is highly desired.
- Experience in development of short and long term communications planning and implementation which includes internal and external audiences
- Excellent organisation and diplomacy skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to provide regular updates and reporting.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related discipline
