As the Communications Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the firm's communications strategy to enhance brand reputation, engage stakeholders, and support business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies aligned with the firm's goals and initiatives.
- Create engaging and impactful content for various channels, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Act as a spokesperson for the firm, handling media inquiries and organizing press conferences or interviews.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on communication matters and reputation management.
- Plan and execute high-profile events, conferences, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
