Communications Centre Casual Staff

The Communications Centre is an exciting department at ECU that service Future Students, Current students, Alumni (and the public). We are a passionate team and pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service.

The Communications Centre handles a wide range of enquiries through a variety of channels, including inbound and outbound calling, email, online chat, and social media.

We are currently looking for ECU students or recent graduates that are interested in casual employment to help support our Current/Future Students team, who are available to work between the hours of 7AM and 7PM Monday to Friday from November 2022 to May 2023 with some shifts available in our busy periods on Saturdays. Please note that hours will fluctuate during off-peak and peak periods and training will be required.
