Our Client is now looking for a full-time Assistant Property Manager with the 3 P's (Preparation, Practice & Passion) that is also striving for career progression in this large franchise group.

• Directly assisting the Asset Manager
• Arrears Management
• Ingoing & Outgoing Inspections
• Expense Invoice Processing
• Routine Building Inspections
• Drafting documents and letter templates
• Aid on matters requiring research or investigation
• Provide organisational support for meetings
• Log repairs and liaise with property contractors
• General day to day administration tasks
• Lessee communication
• Work closely with the leasing team to fill vacancies
• Current NSW certificate of registration in real estate
• Motor vehicle and driver's license - Ideal but not essential
• Ability to multitask under pressure & prioritise workload
• Demonstrate the ability to be professional with customer service skills
• General administrative abilities
• Team mentality - Ability to work closely with the Asset Management team whilst taking sole responsibility for key assigned tasks
• Ability to anticipate required work based on the team's progress
• Immaculate personal presentation (continuous meetings with both Lessors and Lessees)
