Our client, a national mid tier law firm is seeking an a commercial litigator with 1-2 years PQE to join their Disputes team in Melbourne.

Working with friendly and approachable partners, you will act on behalf of range of clients including government, public and private companies on various disputes such as those involving corporate and commercial matters, financial services, shareholder issues, insolvency and property and leasing matters.

With at least 12 months post admission experience in commercial litigation from a mid tier, top tier or well established boutique firm, you have strong drafting skills and enjoy working as a key member of a cohesive team.
