We currently have a 12 month project opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager – Compliance and Reporting.

This role reports into the Head of Commercial Finance and is responsible for the key finance functions and system compliance with focus on supporting the overall core commercial finance functions.

*Applicants must be based in Sydney Australia or easily able to relocate to Sydney – overseas applications cannot be considered at this time*

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the Forecast/Snapshot process
  • Drive monthly balance sheet reviews
  • Review TPM accruals for promotions in planning stage
  • Work with Sales admin on TC closure
  • Work with Sales team on true up/down process on a monthly basis
  • Drive monthly balance sheet review with FC, SLT and Commercial Finance
  • Drive quarterly BSR review process
  • Drive and Own the BL reconciliation process

 

Qualifications/Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, with CA, CPA or CIMA
  • 5-7 years post graduate experience (in which at least 1-2 years in FMCG industry) in business analysis and management accounting
  • Experience in working cross-functionally, including experience working with Sales and Marketing
  • Ability to work with and influence a team
  • Highly developed presentation skills
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
