We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled eCommerce Senior Front End Developer to join our high performing eBusiness team located in North Sydney on a 6 month contract.

We are looking for a passionate Senior Front End Developer who …

Has proven experience working with a team, coaching and developing their front-end development abilities. You will have strong communication skills and are comfortable finding creative and scalable solutions to systemic problems. A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the digital & ecommerce space, including Content Management Systems (Hybris or Drupal a plus), Personalization & Targeting, eMerchandising and product lifecycle management is required for this role. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 & JavaScript and JS framework experience is a must (e.g. React.js, Vue.js, Angluar.js...). Your responsibilities will include;

• Coaching and developing the team of Webmasters to upskill their front-end development abilities
• Monitoring digital technical trends, new features and technology to keep abreast of digital innovation
• Planning and execution of digital content, ensuring all content is created and updated accurately, on time and adapted to performance, brand & web accessibility guidelines
• Updating the content management system for both global and local campaigns (setup of product pages, banners and other promotional elements, testing and activating) and ensuring their consistency on all platforms
• Optimizing the user experience to ensure a seamless experience and purchase path
• Owning the day-to-day operational onsite management by ensuring a fast, updated, bug free experience, running tests from both the front and back end and escalating any major issues
• Supporting global and local new features implementation and roll-out
• Liaising with global and local teams regarding web content, structure, testing and production incidents
