Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a College Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of college marketing initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of student recruitment and reputation-related marketing activities. Working closely with all staff within the Future Students, Communications and Engagement unit, you will play a crucial role in enhancing stakeholder relationships and project management.
- Coordinating the development and execution of college marketing requirements.
- Collaborating with teams within the Future Students, Communications and Engagement unit to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives aligned with stakeholder objectives.
- Reviewing, reporting, and updating stakeholders on marketing activity progress and results.
- Planning and undertaking activities to promote degree programs, pathways programs, and College-specific research endeavours.
- Sourcing information from college staff to develop content for marketing campaigns, projects, and activities.
- Supporting the Colleges with web content production and updates to college webpages.
- Conducting market analysis to provide evidence for decision-making, including new program development and targeted messaging.
- Identifying and developing story content aligned with the Future Students, Communications and Engagement content strategy for corporate marketing, brand, and recruitment campaigns.
- Participating in student recruitment engagement activities such as school and community engagement, campus tours, expos, information sessions, and Open Day.
- Collaborating with College and Future Students teams to establish and strengthen relationships with school and community groups, supporting student recruitment objectives.
- Working as part of interdisciplinary project teams on key initiatives, supporting the Future Students, Communications and Engagement strategic and unit business plan.
