Your new role

As a Collections Officer your key contribution will be the effective observance of the collection process whilst meeting enforcement guidelines and adhering to compliance standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer relationships are managed appropriately and you always strive to achieve the best outcome.

Your Skills And Experience

• It is highly desirable that you have at least 1 years experience in the Mortgage Collections/Legal process
• You are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ideally have previous contract centre experience
• You are used to dealing with external suppliers and have the ability to assist multiple customers and queries simultaneously
• You love solving problems, being part of an engaged team and enjoy working at a fast pace
• You have commercial awareness and understanding
