Cloud Engineer

Description:

• You will provide specialized technical expertise, guidance, and recommendations for Public Cloud services within Azure/AWS.
• You will be responsible for the design and implementation of Cloud based services running on Cloud Infrastructure.
• You will help in identifying emerging technology solutions that reduce cost, increase efficiencies, enhance capabilities, reduce risk, and improve security.
• You will drive continuous improvement, delivery, and lean practices.
• You will maintain a highly available, secure, scalable, and robust digital/ICT infrastructure and deliver common access, security, integration, and collaboration services.
• You will implement DevOps practices such as Infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
• You have an in-depth and up-to-date understanding of MS Azure and AWS services.
• You have an extensive experience in designing, building, and implementing complex solutions in AWS/Azure.
• You have worked on leveraging Infrastructure as Code to develop and deploy infrastructure and applications in the cloud.
• You have an extensive knowledge of DevOps principles and practices supporting best CI/CD practices and its application in delivering Infrastructure as code.
• You have a demonstrated high level technical capability with the ability to design and implement solutions based on AWS/Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• You have a demonstrated experience with scripting and command lines using BASH, PowerShell, Terraform and/or Cloud Formation.
• You have a good analytical and documentation skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, evaluate proposals, prepare, and present analysis and reports.
• You have done collaborative engagement with stakeholders, and Lead Architects while delivering cloud solution design and implementation for the program.
• You have an excellent organizational skills and extensive experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment.
