As a Cloud Enablement Officer, you will provide technical support and advice to users across multiple locations, leveraging AWS cloud technologies and be responsible for the operational maintenance and monitoring of service levels of the organisation’s ICT environment, ensuring compliance with Service Management policies and procedures.

• Provide day to day administration of Spatial Services AWS cloud tenancy and hosted critical business applications
• Administer numerous critical business systems operating in the AWS cloud environment
• Promote and ensure the use of standardised methods, agreed tools and reference material to mitigate risks and drive high standards, efficiency and consistency within the team
• Manage set-up activities for large-scale or complex deployments or changes to the organisations information systems to comply with operational requirement for service delivery and change management procedures
• Analyse and report on the performance and functionality of assigned systems and applications to guide owners in the development of business cases for necessary upgrades or decisions that will reduce issues and/or eliminate adverse impacts upon service delivery
• Undertake regular process reviews, escalate deviations and address process queries or gaps to identify and reduce and/or resolve issues that create adverse impacts upon service delivery
• Develop, review and maintain support documentation to assist others in restoring services and reduce the impact of unplanned outages
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of multiple, complex platforms and technologies to enable effective integration and utilisation of enterprise applications and services
