Cloud Azure Admin

Description:

• BAU support for Azure cloud.
• Assisting PMO initiatives like cloud migration and digital uplift with prod/ non prod environments with Azure expertise.
• L3 support for M365, Sharepoint, exchange online and other Azure native applications.
• Ongoing Azure cloud environment management – All Azure Subscriptions.
• Reporting on Azure cloud utilization & Optimisation – compute, DB etc (pricing and licensing).
• Ability to setup and monitor alerts, Azure monitor, security and sentinel dashboards.
• User administration for Azure tenancy, subscription and applications.
• Knowledge of Collaboration tools like Jira/confluence. TSC tools like ServiceNow
• Must be certified in Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration
• Liaison with/escalation to vendors for L3/L4 Azure cloud issues
