To note this role involves weekly extensive travel - nationally.

The Clinical Consultant will travel to our client's facilities and provide expertise in:
 

• Compliance Auditing and Assurance
• Plans for Continuous Improvement
• Care Planning and Assessment Reviews
• Clinical Care and Management
• Psychotropic Use and Behaviour Support Planning
• Restrictive Practices
• Incident and Risk Management including SIRS Compliance
• Staffing Levels and Appropriate Skill Mix for Care Recipient Acuity
• Clinical Oversight and Governance
• Infection Prevention and Control

About You
 

• You are a vibrant and experienced RN
• Your communication skills include active listening, effective written and in-person communication
• You are an analytical and critical thinker
• You are a problem solver with a can-do attitude
• You have project management skills with good time management
• You have had exposure to the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation process
• You are competent in the use of the Office 365 Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• You can travel on a regular basis – this is a travelling role involving weekly interstate travel
• You hold a current Australian Driver's Licence
• You hold a current NDIS Workers Screening or are willing to obtain one
