Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will identify and acquire potential clients need in financial, accounting, and bookkeeping solutions through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure, providing you with the opportunity to earn based on the fees of the work acquired.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire potential clients through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs andpresent our solutions
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
• Achieve and exceed acquisition targets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with financial, accounting, and bookkeeping services is a plus
• Proficiency in using digital marketing and CRM tools
