  • Support the payment of remediated funds to clients by following up with clients via phone & email
  • Receive inbound calls from clients and answer any general queries they may have regarding communications they have received from the Remediation team
  • Ensure all administration tasks are actioned in line with agreed SLA’s and relevant controls

Role Location: Level 11, 242 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000

Role Type: 10 month Fixed Term, Full time opportunity

 

 

As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for all administrative functions within the Remediation Operations team. You’ll ensure that ANZ policies are followed, all SLA’s are met and all stakeholders are updated on progress where required. Furthermore, you’ll manage your own professional development plan including the development and execution. Lastly, you’ll adhere to the applicable Operations team controls and be responsible for all transactions that you prepare.

 

 

About You

  • In-depth knowledge of the financial planning end-to-end process
  • Understanding of financial planning software such as COIN and XPlan.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Ability to work in a large business environment characterised by multiple internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work to tight timelines and communicate well with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Results focused with an attention to detail. Motivated and possess a "can-do" attitude.
