Our well-respected client based in Bondi Junction are dedicated to providing exceptional financial services and solutions to their clients. This team of professionals is committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction and are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join them to help continue to deliver outstanding results. This is a critical role in managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring their financial needs are met with the highest level of service. You will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, providing strategic financial advice, and working closely with the team to develop and implement tailored financial solutions.

THE ROLE
 

  • Assist in the preparation of straightforward Statements of Advice, involving superannuation, insurance, investment comparisons etc
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their financial needs and goals are consistently met
  • Develop and implement strategic financial plans and solutions for clients, aligning with their long-term objectives
  • Monitor and review client accounts regularly to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess financial progress, update plans, and provide recommendations
  • Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and industry regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and up-to-date advice
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to clients, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations
  • General office administration
  • Supervision of junior staff members

     

ABOUT YOU
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Solid experience in a financial services environment with an emphasis on writing Statements of Advice
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proven ability to analyse financial data, develop strategic plans, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Xplan - Workload would be desirable along with excellent MS Office Suite
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to client satisfaction
  • You must have relevant permanent working rights for this role – no WHV unfortunately.
