As our Client Services & e-Retail Manager, you will drive the success of our Client Services team and our E-Retail business across Australia and New Zealand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our local strategy, aligned to the strategic objectives of our business. You will be part of the senior leadership team, and work alongside a team of passionate individuals.
Our Client Services team is responsible for responding to sales or customer service inquiries via phone, livechat or email. As the department leader, you will lead and develop a large team of Client Services Advisors to ensure interactions with our Clients are best in class.
Our website welcomes thousands of clients each day to explore our product universe. Collaborating with our communications and merchandising stakeholders, you will ensure our clients can interact with Louis Vuitton through a fully omnichannel approach. Supported by outsourced warehouse operations, you will also oversee fulfillment, ensuring our Clients receive the best possible experience.
We are looking for an experienced people leader, with experience building an omnichannel, e-retail or e-commence business. You will have managed large teams and have demonstrated a track record in developing team members to reach their potential.
You will also bring demonstrated experience establishing strong client relationships in a client service or retail environment.
Supporting our e-retail business, you will be occasionally required to travel to our warehouse at Erskine Park and will therefore require your own vehicle.
