Your new role

As Client Services Officer your role is to provide support to your designated Advisers by carrying out assigned tasks within the Sage advice workflows. As this role is heavily focused on the preparation and implementation of advice documentation, it is imperative you have a high attention to detail as well as a methodical, process-oriented approach to completion of tasks. Your assistance will help to ensure the service provided to clients is seamless and completed in a timely manner. You will need to be able to work autonomously and with initiative to complete your duties. Other duties that will be included in the role are:

  • Book client meetings in Advisers calendars and confirm appointments with Advisers via email
  • Data entry of client questionnaires into CRM system
  • Updating the client record in Xplan
  • Attend to client queries, answer phones and liaise with clients
  • Complete allocated tasks in Xplan from team members. These may include CS/Adviser basic administrative tasks that have been outstanding for some time
  • Provide assistance to your designated Advisers by carrying out assigned tasks within the Sage advice workflows.
  • Take ownership of your work and meet numerous deadlines throughout the day.
  • Update and maintain client records in our CRM system so that we hold accurate, current and relevant client data and meet all record keeping compliance obligations as set by legislative and licensee rules.
  • Ensure strict compliance with legislation and licensee standards


What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role within this area will lead to your success, as will:

  • Accountable for their own actions
  • Able to multi-task and reprioritise workload
  • Being friendly, approachable and genuine
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate Xplan experience, must have used tasks/threads
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Have excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Highly accurate, high attention to detail
  • Preferred platform experience: AMP North, Netwealth, HUB24
