Client Service Manager

 

Description:

As the first point of contact for clients, the Client Service Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and building lasting relationships. You will provide high level quality administration and assist the Private Wealth team with implementation of new investments and financial strategies.

Responsibilities

Each day in this dynamic role will bring new challenges and experiences. Some key responsibilities will include:
 

  • Manage client enquiries & maintain key relationships
  • Prepare client reports & lodgment of applications
  • Placement of investment & direct equity trades
  • Diary management on behalf of the Adviser
     

Skills and Experience

Some of the skills, experience and attributes that you would bring to the role include:
 

  • Completion of Diploma of Financial Planning (desirable)
  • Experience with financial planning software e.g. Xplan (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in a professional services environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Time Management & multi-tasking ability
