Client Relationship Manager

About the Role:
Reporting directly into the CEO, this is a newly developed role where we are seeking a professional self-starter and experienced Business/ Client manager to take lead of the role and grow the company’s footprint across the Sydney districts.

This person will play a critical role in building and managing a client pipeline and creating the opportunity to bid on tenders as they come to the market. Ideally this person would have some experience within the property sector and as such would have a respectable network and contacts. Providing an exceptional level of customer service to clients, regular visitations and social/ networking events will be required.

The CRM will be working from a serviced office in the Sydney CBD or Northern Sydney and will be linked to the Brisbane Head Office BD team via online. Critical to the role is strong autonomy and initiative skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders to acquire business.
