The core responsibilities are:
You’ll be key to developing and maintaining partnerships with Associations in our markets at a national level. Beyond owning the management of Partnership contracts, you’ll work closely with your colleagues across the business to pull together strategic campaigns so we can reach the full potential of each Partnership. In delivering these campaigns and the overall strategy for each Partnership, you’ll be maintaining relationships through regular interaction with our Partners as well as monthly reporting on how we’re tracking.
You’ll be representing us in external committees and events, continuing to build and maintain relationships with our associations, and professional and industry bodies. Key to your success will also be your relationships with across our different teams- from our Regional and Account Managers, Product & Underwriting Team through to our Marketing and Risk Management Teams.
About you
You could either be an experienced Underwriter or Broker with extensive knowledge across different lines of general insurance. You’ll have a background in and an understanding of working with Associations and high-value clients.
In addition to your ability to manage accounts and relationships and negotiate with clients, you have an eye for identifying opportunities to improve how we work. Relationships and communication are central to your role, so you’re known for being able to communicate effectively with others across different levels. You’ll be comfortable with travelling and attending networking and development opportunities that could be outside of normal hours.
