What The Day Will Look Like
- Responsible for Real Estate renewal portfolio, empowering client service team to achieve retention & growth aspirations
- Build reputation that leads to new opportunities and strengthens existing client arrangements
- Execute and embed within client service team, the annual strategy focused on delivering revenue growth and client value
- Lead your client service team to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and support them in their own career development
- Connect with wider Aon stakeholders to ensure added value solutions are delivered to enhance client experience
- Cultivate and develop relationships with key real estate insurer partners and key clients
- Execute client service plans in line with objectives and oversee delivery against the plan
- Demonstrate an engagement with clients to create further opportunities
- Act as a technical referral point for colleagues and clients as required
- Develop talent and building a high-performing team through continuous learning, honest feedback, rigorous development and disciplined talent management
- Actively participate in and support Business Development activity and be available for joint client/prospect meetings as/where required.
