Client Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Manager to join our Brisbane Metro National Team which specialises in the delivery of best-in-class risk management solutions for top-tier mid-market clients.

The Client Manager is responsible for proving best in class service for a key portfolio of diverse commercial clients and will work closely with colleagues and team members to implement strategies which focus on growth and retention of their portfolio. This Client Manager role is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment and will work closely with regional leadership to drive positive results in the region.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across a variety of industries
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience
• Identify development opportunities for designated portfolio
• Working closely with the Sales team to provide the broking on new accounts
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the Commercial business
• Achieve budget
• Mentorship and development of team members within the region
