Description:
The role is an interesting, fast-paced, dynamic and ever-changing one with various components. Includes various tasks such as new referral intakes, booking and managing all appointments across 7 clinician’s diaries using PowerDiary (online diary system), waiting room duties and office tasks such as greeting all clients, phone calls, emails, client payments, issuing of receipts, processing rebates, typing of letters, preparing and sending out of reports, preparing files and managing documents, collecting mail. Managing the practice website, online and print media/marketing, liaising with GP and psychiatry practices, organising and managing meetings/lunches and maintaining strong relationships with referrers and external services. You will also be PA to the clinical director for extra admin tasks as required and will report directly to both the Practice Manager and Clinical Director.
