Client Liaison Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Liaison to support our Audit and Corporate Finance Partners. This role is pivotal in managing key administrative functions, client communications, and supporting high-level business operations.

 

About the Role:

 

As a Client Liaison, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Managing partner diaries, email correspondence, and acting as the main point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Coordinating marketing events and assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Managing billing processes and month-end reporting.
  • Providing client engagement support, including booking staff travel and handling conflict checks.
  • Assisting with system updates, including CRM management and maintaining engagement registers.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously and with initiative.
  • A keen eye for detail and confidentiality.
  • Experience in providing administrative support to senior management or similar roles.

What You’ll Need:

 

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar client liaison/administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with billing systems (MYOB or similar) and experience handling client correspondence.
