Doutta Galla Aged Services is looking for Client Liaison Officer

As Client Liaison Officer you will be responsible for generating awareness in the referral healthcare network of the residential and other services Doutta Galla provides. Pivotal to the role will be your ability to cultivate key referral relationships and ability to identify new business opportunities to further develop the referral pipeline. You will ensure our services stay front of mind with case managers, GPs, allied health professionals and discharge planners resulting in greater market penetration and revenue growth.

Providing excellent end-to-end customer service, you will offer advice and support to potential residents and their families. You will c onduct tours, explain the costs associated with entry to aged care and services while providing a welcoming experience and supporting a comfortable transition into Doutta Galla Homes and access to services.

You Will Have

  • Superior customer service, relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport, with a warm and friendly nature.
  • Networking and business development experience within hospital groups, GPs, social workers, allied health professionals and local communities.
  • Solutions-based selling experience based on customer needs.
  • Experience working towards and achieving service and sales KPIs.
  • A tertiary qualification preferably in social work, health care or similar.
