Artisan Aesthetic Clinics is looking for Client Experience Consultants to play a pivotal role in cultivating an amazing in-clinic and aftercare experience to our clients, by offering truly personalised service. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will need a client-centric approach, be able to build an instant rapport, drive a desired outcome for both your client and the clinic and be experienced in managing the appointment books and making appointments over the phone. You will be eager to actively promote suitable products and treatments to clients and will truly enjoy supporting them on their skin journey and watching them gain confidence as they experience real results.

You must be able to organise a busy clinic with the ability to recognise and develop revenue creation opportunities. You will have high levels of energy, flexibility, and the ability to operate autonomously within set parameters. Ideally, you should have at least 2 years’ full-time (or 4 years part-time) experience in a service industry such as retail, restaurants, hotels etc.

• Provide an exceptional, personalised experience to clients including scheduling appointments and assisting in determining what booking / treatment is most suitable
• Be confident in the achievement of clinic KPI’s
• Contact clients directly to make appointments over the phone
• Support the clinical team to follow-up with clients post treatment, and communicate client updates with the clinical team
• Maintain accurate client records to ensure an effective and accurate customer records
• Maintain the presentation of the clinic
• Be immaculately and professionally presented
• Have the ability to work autonomously with competing priorities
