Civil Supervisor

Description:

An opportunity has become available for a Supervisor to join our Civil Construction team based in Trafalgar. This role will be responsible for the management and delivery of various civil construction projects across the Gippsland region. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be accountable to lead and coordinate personnel, while managing the plant, suppliers and resources to complete projects on time, on budget and safely.

About You
 

• Experience across pavements, construction/earthmoving plant or civil construction is highly regarded
• Efficient supervision of personnel, plant, machinery and subcontractors on site
• Drive accountability throughout the workforce
• Computer savvy and proficient in MS Office
• Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment
• Commitment to Quality outcomes with a focus on delivering in full and on time
• A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
