Civil Supervisor

Do you prefer working on contract hourly rate vs a permanent salary? Do you want an even time roster in construction? Are you ready to go now? As CIVIL SUPERVISOR you will work 12 hour days on 7/7 FIFO roster ex-Perth only, during this 3 month contract assignment. Your key focus will be to coordinate and allocate resources (8-10 staff/plant/equipment) and oversee the daily site activity across a scope of BULK EARTHWORKS on a mine rehabilitation project. The works will include TSF wall pushdowns, scour protections, and other minor earthworks. You will ensure an injury free safety culture is maintained and that all site works meets the client’s HSE requirements. You will be paid an exceptional rate CIRCA $85/hour + super , with all meals, accommodation, PPE and flights provided.

Skills, Qualifications And Other Requirements
 

• 5+ years’ CIVIL SUPERVISOR experience on minesite earthworks/civils projects for Civil Contractors in Australia
• Proven success as a CIVIL SUPERVISOR managing earthworks construction teams and the effective utilization of plant and equipment to achieve project milestones
• Exposure to earthworks projects such as; Mine rehabilitation, ROM pads, TSFs, embankments, plant site earthworks, rail formation, road construction etc.
• Excellent communication skills to guide your team members and liaise with client reps
• Willingness and ability to undertake 7/7 FIFO roster ex Perth
• Currently Perth/WA based with existing rights to live and work in Australia
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and DAS testing
• Current Clean WA C Class driver’s licence
• Able to supply 2 favourable references from within the last 5 years
