Hays has partnered with a tier one civil contractor that has been in market for the last 25+ years, and has a great reputation as an employer of choice. They currently require an experienced various to join their civil teams across multiple projects in the ACT region

Your new role
As a Roller Operators/Civil Labourer you will be reporting into the Team Leader and working within an experienced civil team. You will be required to complete various types civil based work to ensure project deliverables are met in a timely and quality manner You will be working on road, earthwork and demo projects. Day to Day will see you:

• Pipe laying
• Concreting
• Trenching
• Compacting
• Civil landscaping
• Operating a roller
• Working around heavy machinery

What you'll need to succeed

• White Card
• Asbestos Awareness
• Tickets or VOCs to operate machinery on site (desired but not essential)
• Ability to work 5-6 days a week
