Our Civil and Environmental Engineering team in Sydney is continuing to experience growth and as a result we are seeking an experienced civil designer with experience across land development, built form and road networks. This position presents an opportunity for career growth and increased responsibility, where you will play a key role in providing engineering design input to various landmark urban renewal projects, as well as greenfield and infill land development projects.

Our team delivers various types of technically rewarding projects across NSW, focusing mainly within the Sydney region. As part of our growing team, your technical skills will be developed alongside your ability to effectively manage and communicate project requirements.

The Candidate

We Want You To Take Control Of Your Career And Successfully Operate In a Highly Autonomous, Yet Supportive, Environment With The Following Attributes
 

  • Upwards of 5 years of proven experience within Engineering Consultancies.
  • Experience within the Built environment.
  • Relevant Qualifications.
  • Experienced in road design (TfNSW and local Council infrastructure) highly desirable.
  • Experienced in 12D and AutoCAD packages.
  • Experience in stormwater design highly desirable.
  • The ability to manage the design and present in client workshops if needed.
  • Understanding of local and state government regulatory frameworks and statuary compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to speak and write clearly, concisely, and compellingly in managing external consultants.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to continually finds ways to overcome challenges and obstacles.
  • Strong team ethic to work collaboratively across functional group.
