Civil Design Engineer

This is a unique opportunity for a Civil Design Engineer with experience in 12D to join a growing business who offer genuine career development opportunities.

You will be working directly with the VIC Civil Manager as they look to grow the civil team in Melbourne. Being the first hire to support the Melbourne office you will play a vital role in developing the team going forward.

This position will suit individuals who want to get exposure to a wide range of projects. Projects can include working on the civil works (footpaths, pavements and foundations) for high-rise commercial buildings through to working on local council infrastructure projects on intersections and roads that are usually up to 2KM.

Perhaps this role might be of interest to candidates who have worked on subdivision projects for a land development consultancy and now want to expand their knowledge working on something other than residential subdivisions.

To be successful in this role you will need;

• A degree or qualification in Civil Engineering.
• A good working knowledge of AutoCAD and12D design software.
• Experience working within a consultancy environment on land development projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
