As the CEO you will assume the role of leading a substantial enterprise with a clear focus on growth. Your duties will encompass steering the organisation towards the attainment of strategic, business, policy, and budgetary objectives, facilitating the realisation of overarching government and sector-wide goals. In addition, you will provide expert advice to the Lotterywest and Healthway Boards, two responsible Ministers, and the Government on strategic matters.

To succeed in this role, you will be an adaptive and collaborative leader, with exemplary personal integrity and ethical standards and an inclusive relationship management style. You will excel at fostering collaborative relationships with essential stakeholders such as retailers, grant recipients, business associates, and organisations within the not-for-profit and community sectors.

It is imperative that you possess strong strategic business acumen and understanding of evolving consumer preferences. Additionally, you will have skills in managing technology and system enhancements, navigating the digital service landscape, leveraging data, promoting innovation, and optimising connectivity.
