Description:
The Channels and Partnerships Operations Lead is responsible for executing, and managing strategic programs that contribute to Intellihub's market share in new emerging markets. The Channels and Partnerships Operations Lead is responsible for delivering key performance metrics from these programs in markets which it is responsible for.
- Manage the execution of programs, projects, or proof of concept trials with retailer and non-retail partners to successfully deliver optimum end customer outcomes.
- Leverage your energy industry knowledge to develop necessary operational models and processes that complement regulatory energy retail and metering requirements.
- Make operational decisions in conjunction with the Channels and Partnerships Specialist.
- Be Intellihub’s key point of contact for an existing channel/partnership, and manage all risks and issues as they arise.
- Lead the development of all necessary activities needed to stand up a partnership with these partners in a new emerging market.
- Be accountable for the performance of key growth metrics by successfully delivering concepts, programs, projects, or trials.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders that are required to delivery. Build relationships and rapport.
- Manage customer, supplier and other teams as required to improve each partnership and proactively identify operational improvement opportunities of our end-to-end systems and processes.
- Support the Head of Channels and Partnerships and Head of Customer Propositions to assess new channels/partners.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Engineering
- Demonstrable years’ experience in customer facing project management/delivery role (mandatory)
- Experience working in retail energy (mandatory). Experience of working with metering-related processes and regulations is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of the construction, property & building management sector is desirable.
- Excellent people skills and developing professional relationships. Highly skilled in managing customers and partners, with an ability to make decisions to resolve issues and minimise risks.
- Strong capability to build rapport with internal and external teams and drive collaboration to deliver the required outcomes.
- Experience working in a complex and challenging environment and fast-moving team.
- A team player who can work with uncertainty and change.
- Ability to lead initiatives and make decisions based on experience and skills.
- Ability to develop action plans to meet strategic targets proactively & metrics. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
