Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Change and Communications Officer to work on a multi- year digital transformation program.
The Change and Communications Officer is responsible for the development and delivery of targeted operational change & communications activities to ensure controls and cost outcomes of specified projects are achieved/exceeded.
- Lead and manage the development and planning of business change management deliverables
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Assist the People and Culture team with anticipated organisational changes
- Develop and deliver organisational change strategies and plans
- Develop understanding of business process documents and other project related documents
- Developer key stakeholder and communication plans
- Build change initiatives in conjunction with the operational leadership team and project team.
- Support leaders with tools and templates that improves operational change capabilities.
- Experience working on IT projects and business transformation projects
- End to end experience working on a large enterprise-wide projects
- Experience establishing comprehensive change plan and seeing through the implementation
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to design strategic communications using storytelling and creative comms as agile delivery framework
