Our Risk, Audit and Compliance (RAC) Team are seeking a contract Change Analyst/Manager to support the creation and implementation of change plans and activities that maximise change adoption for employees and minimise resistance to change. The role is critical to the success of ‘Project Monaco’, its purpose is to create a more resilient organization with good risk management. Embedding risk into every business decision and empowering employees to use a risk lens in their daily roles.
Some of the core accountabilities of the role are:
- This role supports the Risk and Regulatory Compliance initiative’s Project Manager and Sponsors to ensure changes across technology, processes, people and Guild’s key strategic initiatives strategy, are successfully implemented across the Guild group.
- Developing fit-for-purpose change artefacts (e.g key messaging, change plans, training materials and employee communications.)
- Undertaking change impact and business readiness assessments with key stakeholders and sponsors, to ensure employees have a positive experience in adopting change related to the Risk and Regulatory Compliance initiative.
- Assist in the preparation of regular status report for the change management stream of the initiative against critical path timelines at project steering committees and/or other business forums e.g Working Groups.
- Develop key messages and collaborate with leaders to deploy consolidated and consistent change messages.
- Source and develop key communications to ensure a coordinated engagement approach across internal and external stakeholders, partnering with the Guild Communications team as required.
- Work closely with the Guild Insurance (GIL) Change Manager to coordinate the change management activities related to the initiative, in the context of the broader change pipeline for the business.
About you
- Expertise in the capture and analysis of input received from stakeholders related to change impacts.
- Demonstrated experience working in project teams including excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills, with the ability to meet multiple and competing priorities.
- Experience in supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of change interventions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide analysis and make recommendations to provide change solutions in a complex environment.
