Our Caulfield Donor Centre is seeking a Centre Service Officer with a genuine passion to deliver an exceptional service to our Donors. Do you have customer service experience from retail or hospitality, or receptionist background? In our Centre Service Officer role, you'll be the first person our donor's meet as well as working collaboratively in a team, a day in the Centre could see you:
Warmly greet and check in Donors upon arrival
Provide Donors with clear instructions as to the completion of paperwork
Prepare food and beverages for Donors and replenish the self-service buffet bar
Monitor Donors post-donation and assist them to rebook for their next donation.
Our flexible self-paced paid training program has a balance between on-the-job practice, and online class schedules to ensure that you are well supported. Besides having a real passion to deliver an amazing donor experience, you’ll need to be able to:
Occasionally lift between 9-22.7kgs
Frequent sitting, bending and reaching to restock supplies in the kitchen
Be flexible to work varied shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
