Casual Mall Leasing Executive

Join a highly regarded Retail Property team in Midland where you will be responsible to source and secure casual mall leasing retailers and achieve or exceed the annual Casual Mall Leasing income budget. You will source new casual mall leasing contracts via networking visits, expos and vetting all incoming clients.

This exciting role will see no two days the same. You will be communicating with a wide variety of people daily it is vital that you enjoy people, sales and are able to think on your feet

• Maximise casual leasing revenue by securing short term tenants, pop-ups, and centre campaigns
• Identify new revenue streams
• Prospect for new business opportunities
• Conduct extensive Market Research on competing Centres and Sites
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with all tenants within the centre
• Manage mall usage space
• Use of CBRE Casual Mall Leasing booking system
• Manage casual mall leasing licenses
• Develop and maintain casual mall leasing strategy
• Prepare budgets, forecasting and reporting for mall merchandising, monthly reporting, tenants’ invoices, and rental collectio
• Liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and ensure local community engagement.
