And with at least 2 years of experience in the mental health, homelessness or alcohol drug dependency sector, you understand the implications of the complex mental health issues on loved ones, friends, and family as well as the individual.   • A tertiary qualification in human services, social work or other relevant discipline
  • Demonstrated understanding of housing and homelessness policy, context and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others towards effective client solutions
  • Experience working with people with complex needs
