Campaign Marketing Manager


We are currently seeking a Campaign Manager to join our Marketing Team on a 12-month parental leave contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Campaign Manager to drive integrated marketing campaigns.

 

As the Campaign Manager, you will work closely with the internal team, B2B partners and several media agencies to implement a Marketing Plan that best promotes Aon’s products.

In this role, you will be joining an Aon wide marketing and communications team consisting of 30+ members.

What the day will look like

  • Manage activation and execution of multi-channel campaigns and programs that are aligned with the Affinity campaigns and drive demand for Health and Professions segments within our Affinity business.
  • Ensure all campaigns are developed in line with the campaigns framework and are set up with correct tracking and analytics tags.
  • Working with the Digital Specialist and agency to ensure digital best practice across all channel activity.
  • Manage the marketing commitments and maintain the activity calendar for all Health and Professions’ association partnerships
  • Feedback on the best use of budget in channel strategy and optimization tactics
  • Working with the agency and Affinity client directors to ensure all campaigns and programs are continually optimised according to KPI’s
  • Work with growth leaders to support Affinity-wide brand campaigns and create monthly / quarterly reporting on all activity
  • Partner with both internal & external stakeholders on content and design

Skills and experience that will lead to success
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and commercially savvy team player. Suitable people will also have:

  • Ability to understand marketing data and optimization metrics
  • Ability to manage and prioritise complex projects in a fast-paced marketing and communications environment
  • Strong understanding of the briefing and development process for commonly used marketing assets – Emails / advertisements / Webpages / Flyers etc.
  • Campaign reporting & familiarity with automation tools and CRM systems
  • B2B marketing experience in the insurance industry or financial institutions is not a prerequisite, but will be a plus
