Campaign Manager

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns, have strong analytical skills and creative drive to improve marketing strategies. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively, across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
Your proven previous experience in a similar environment and role, coupled with your ability to present, engage and deliver to both the support office and charity stakeholders will be pivotal to your success.
Your key tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and promote the mission and initiatives of the Petbarn Foundation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Digital/e-Comm, CRM, Data + Insights, and external agencies to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the Petbarn Foundation’s objectives.
  • Create and manage a brand and content calendar that aligns with the Petbarn Foundation’s mission and objectives, ensuring timely and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, key product suppliers, and charity partners to increase brand reach and awareness.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation.
  • Manage the Petbarn Foundation’s marketing budget, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on-time and within budget.
  • Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral, in-store signage, events, and packaging.
  • Maintain and manage the Petbarn Foundation’s visual identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

What do we need?

  • 3-5 years of experience in Campaign/Brand Management (previous cross functional experience in retail and exposure to not-for-profit marketing will be highly regarded)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills, with a track record of working with cross-functional teams and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  • Experience in developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset.
  • A passion for pets and a deep commitment to the Petbarn Foundation’s mission and values.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
