Fantastic opportunity join our Advanced Analytics team as a Campaign Analyst to help deliver commercial marketing analytic outcomes for the purpose of transforming business decisions.

What's Involved
 

  • Building targeted audiences for direct marketing campaigns, mostly for email channel
  • Performing deep dive post analysis on the performance of direct marketing channel campaigns
  • Drawing insights from past performance and customer behaviour to make recommendations for evolving personalisation
  • Presenting findings and recommendations from campaign performance to various internal stakeholders.
  • Analysing historical customer behaviour to provide insights into how we evolve our personalisation roadmap

You are an analytical, outcome driven problem solver who is flexible & adaptable in their approach.

You are a master of telling compelling stories with data and an active learner who loves building your knowledge.

You will take a customer centric approach when developing and analysing audiences that have the customer and their needs in mind.

You’ll Need
 

  • Tertiary Qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, or other quantitative discipline, ideally Postgraduate
  • Knowledge of key data manipulation and analysis techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business priorities
  • Previous experience using SQL
  • Experience with key technologies including Terradata, Snowflake and PowerBI will be highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge within marketing would be beneficial
