Role overview:

We are looking for someone with a passion for the Property, Design or Building industry. We are seeking someone looking for fulfillment, challenge, diversity and growth within this exciting role. This role will see you working alongside our Director centered around delivering excellent and efficient communication, systems, processes and business critical objectives. 

Ideal candidate:

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience the Business Administration. They will be focussed on achievement, a connector and communicator and expect high standard of themselves and those around them. 

They will love a fast pace working environment and solving problems on the go. The role will present many diverse challenges and will suit someone who enjoys working independently and autonomously, reporting to one on one with our Director.

Ideal skills/Qualifications:

• Ideally you will have completed a Diploma in Practice Management / Business Administration, Commerce and/or Accounting in Australia or similar qualification.
• Strong Financial Acumen. Knowledge of accounting principles
• You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience having worked for a Client project based business delivering projects. 
• Thrive to optimise communication, organisations and business systems.

Responsibilities: 

• Administratively support team and Director, optimising tasks and time.
• Assist in management meeting and reporting.
• Owning development and implementation of key business processes.
• Assist the Director in his role in Client Side project management
