We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Business Solutions Analyst in our Banking Application Product team. In this role you will Partner with the Business to facilitate analysis of complex business issues and/or emerging opportunities to support desired business outcomes.

• Communicate effectively with the business, partners, and improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with our legal and regulative requirements, project management and

Business analysis frameworks whilst supporting production system stability and availability.

• Examines, evaluates, and interprets the customer’s business and processes to understand the desired business outcomes.
• Liaising with the development, testing and/or infrastructure teams in all system requirements (enhancements/fixes)

• Support test planning.
• Prepare business impact, risk assessment, rating and possible solutions and/or mitigates for identified risks.
