Business Process Excellence

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager with proven Business Process Excellence knowledge to join our team. This role will be full time and ideally, we are looking for a permanent team member to join our business; however, we may consider a contractor with a view to permanent.

OPEN TO LOCATION - work remotely from home anywhere in Australia

The initial role is needing someone with a very strong background in leading Business Process Excellence programs of work with strong capabilities in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and, above all, a track record in delivering tangible business improvement outcomes.

About you

You will be outcomes focused with a strong track record on execution, and you will possess the ability to work at pace and to facilitate change through training or workshop. Capable of both taking direction and working well independently. You are a great communicator with the ability to engage and build rapport at all levels including with c-suites.

You will also demonstrate:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management consulting
• Knowledge and experience in business improvement, business process management, program and project management
• Large scale business improvement or transformation experience as a leader or key contributor is valued
• Developing and implementing operational excellence strategies and programmes focussed on broad frontline cultural change and continuous improvement is valued
• Experience in the delivering of business improvement initiatives, including the alignments between EPMO, BPMO, Enterprise Architecture and BAU
• Process automation including IA, RPA strategies, platforms and processes
• Ability to develop strategy, build and adapt Process Improvement frameworks.
• Ability to produce a better-practice business process architecture and process models.
• Certification in BPM, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management and complementary methods by recognised institutions such as ASQ, IASSC, PMI
• Highly desirable: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
• Highly desirable: experience with human centered design and customer experience improvement; ActiveOps method and tools; financial services and banking
