We are looking for a skilled Business Performance Lead with experience in change management, document management systems, and works program management. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety focus, knowledge of ISO standards, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage project improvement opportunities across large teams.
  • Administer and maintain Document Management Systems.
  • Manage and implement works programs with a strong focus on safety, promoting a Zero Harm environment.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC standards.
  • Utilise Microsoft 365 systems, including Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Develop and deliver training materials.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
     

Desired Skills
 

  • Experience with quality and safety management software.
  • Knowledge of predictive modelling and coding (SQL, Python, R, Julia) is a plus.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and travel as needed.
