You'll be responsible for
 

  • Coordinating and triage priorities to support the Chief Audit Executive in achieving objectives.
  • Ensuring efficient coordination of Internal Audit division activities, including audit plan delivery, practice management, reporting, and quality assurance. Managing Line 1 Risk and Compliance activities
  • Participation in the Internal Audit Leadership Team, lead the development of the Internal Audit Data Analytics Strategy, and oversee the delivery of data analytics activities within the annual Internal Audit Plan
  • Lead and coach team members to develop capability, build high performing, collaborative and engaged teams
  • Managing communications on key strategic initiatives with stakeholders, prepare briefing notes and reports for the Chief Audit Executive, and coordinate key reports and presentations for the Internal Audit division, Group Audit , (Head Office in Germany) and Senior Management Team
  • Leading special projects and change management activities, overseeing initiatives such as frameworks, business models, operating models, restructuring, reorganization, or business reviews
     

About You
 

  • Hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and demonstrate experience in internal audit, risk management, or business management within complex financial services or consulting organizations
  • Possess highly developed leadership and stakeholder management skills, enabling cross-functional thinking in strategy development and implementation
  • Have experience in using data analytics for management information production, reporting, and assurance activities
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively partner with senior business leaders, establishing strong professional relationships internally and externally to influence outcomes
  • Showcase proven analytical and critical thinking capabilities, along with a high attention to detail, ensuring thorough and accurate completion of tasks
